Spring Smoothie: ORANGE CREAMSICLE

Day 6 of my 30 days of spring recipes to start this new season...you will love this refreshing smoothie that has over 30g of protein and comes together in just a couple of minutes!

Ingredients:
1 frozen sumo orange
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 pitted date
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (use my cod: DANIELLEHARMS for a discount on clean simple eats protein)
1/2 - 1 cup of milk (depending on thickness preference)
3-5 ice cubes
Top with:
Coconut Whip
dried out orange slice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1 minute! Pour into your Bee High Ball Glass and top with cocowhip & a dried out orange slice!
